New Jerseys Wallisch Homestead is a 99acre historic farm located in West Milford Passaic County that is a time capsule of the communitys agricultural and cultural heritage. Home to four families over 200 years the Homestead has a main house dating to the 1880s with a stone barn and creamery dating to the early 1900s. A threeacre environmental walking trail is bordered by Belchers Creek which flows into Greenwood Lake and boasts a scenic vista of Bearfort Mountain rising in the distance. Currently the Homestead is a public space owned by the Township of West Milford and the West Milford Board of Education.
