Kansas City Filmmakers Jubilee presents the annual Kansas City FilmFest International, the largest and longest running annual celebration of independent film in Kansas City, with over 100 competition and curated short & feature-length films, in a variety of genres from local, regional, national, & worldwide filmmakers. Our mission is to provide shared cinematic art experiences that entertain, educate and inspire audiences from children to adults. KC FilmFest International aspires to be a major cultural event in Kansas City and the Midwest, attracting audiences and visiting artists from around the world. We unite area educational, cultural and film organizations in a celebration of independent filmmaking, bringing filmmakers and audiences together to hear from new and unique voices, discuss ideas and learn about the the world.
