NEWCC’s mission is to enhance Detroit's social, environmental, and economic prosperity through leadership, excellence, and inclusion while augmenting and empowering community voices. Thus building resources, relationships, and skills to equitably shape our future. To organize and advocate for systems changes in media and digital justice and for just land-use policies, which includes environmental remediation and a green energy solution. We strive to imagine and implement “best practice models” within these areas, which create lasting systemic change.
