It’s been a little over a week since our 2025 Awards Celebration at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown, and the morning still lingers with us in the conversations we had, the stories we heard, and the energy we’re still carrying forward. There was something powerful about gathering so early in the day — before emails, before deadlines — just to pause and honor the people who make this work matter. We watched as each honoree took the stage with humility and purpose. We saw tables full of colleagues and friends cheering each other on.
