Penny a Mile is a not for profit organization dedicated to helping endurance athletes, adventurers, and other "edge runners" use their perseverance, dedication, and adrenaline to raise money for charity! Penny a Mile started with the idea of people donating 1 cent per mile for a long walk/hike on the Appalachian Trail (2180 miles) and has grown into an idea that ALL people who are out in the world, doing great things, can use that effort to push themselves, while also helping those in need of a reason to smile.
