Helping those in need since 1991 Who We Are The Alpha Omega Social Action and Scholarship Foundation AOSASF is a 501c 3 nonprofit organization founded in 1991. The primary function of the AOSASF is to serve and support the Washington DC community by providing funds and programs that enhance the lives of residents. AOSASF sponsors a number of programs including but not limited to awarding college scholarships to high school students hosting mentoring programs and providing food and clothing to families throughout the year.
