R.I.S.E. PROGRAM Re-entry Investment / Student Education. We're a faith-based 501c3 non-profit organization teaching Cosmetology and Barbering skills to justice impacted individuals. Our mission is to provide a complete education in the Cosmetology field, free of charge, to women who are currently incarcerated, while assisting them in obtaining their Oklahoma State Board Cosmetology license, job placement, housing, clothing, transportation, and recovery support prior to their re-entry into society as successful re-emergent citizens, in an effort to lower current recidivism rates and help women change their lives after prison.
