Just this past month we held another incredibly successful annual Burgundy & Gold Banquet! 36 years consecutive years!!! It was an unforgettable night at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner as the 36th Burgundy and Gold certainly garnered historical significance with Coach Joe Gibbs joined by all three of his Super Bowl winning quarterbacks for the first time ever! Joe Theismann, Doug Williams, and Mark Rypien attended and participated in a lively roundtable with the Hall of Fame Coach and Founder of Youth For Tomorrow. The stories and laughs were flowing to the delight of the sellout group of YFT supporters and donors. A big THANK YOU to everyone who contributed, and a special thanks to the Washington Commanders who were present with a large contingent of Coaches and Players. In fact, it was Superstar Commanders signal caller Jayden Daniels being honored with the annual Quarterback Club of Washington Player of the Year award. The award dates back to 1969 and is a history lesson in itself with the franchises greats having taken home the trophy over the years. Coach Dan Quinn presented the award to his Quarterback.
