To plan, organize conduct two state wide camping/rv rallies per year there are 26 chapters of the international Good Sam club in NC and the chapter presidents are the state committee the governing body of the NC Good Sam State Fund the state director is elected by the members of the 26 chapters the director appoints various personnel to the state staff who assist with samborees
