The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to educate the public about animal care (providing funds to pet owners to have their pets spayed or neutered to prevent over-breeding) and to rescue and rehabilitate animals. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes.
