mlcmilwaukee Myanmar Learning CenterMilwaukee The Myanmar Learning Center MLC was founded in the summer of 2012 under the leadership of Oliver Byar Bowh Si to address the needs of refugees from Myanmar who have settled in the Milwaukee area. Its mission is to develop educational and professional potential in youth and adults through tutoring and other support services in a learning environment that welcomes encourages and challenges. The Myanmar Learning Center is a taxexempt 501c3 public charity incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the State of Wisconsin.
