Cherry Street Youth Center We are an Ecumenical Ministry formed to help develop children emotionally spiritually physically and academically in the community. What We Do We share the love of God through Jesus Christ with the childrenyouth in Chanute by providing them with a safe secure and fun place to go after school that offers a wide variety of learning experiences and opportunities. We opened in May of 1995 in a small house. Today Cherry Street has four buildings in which unique ministries take place.
