Mission: To organize and empower workers to build collective power, demand fair wages, ensure safe working conditions, and drive systemic change in Greater Minnesota through Leadership, Know Your Rights Education, Advocacy, and Direct Action. OUR ORGANIZATION OFFERS WORKERS RIGHTS EDUCATION, HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAININGS, AND ADVOCACY SERVICES TO LOW-WAGE WORKERS. WE HAVE TRAINED AND/OR ADVOCATED FOR AROUND HUNDREDS OF WORKERS. THIS WORK IS FUNDED BY OUR GRANTS RECEIVED FOR GENERAL OPERATIONAL SUPPORT.
