Legacy Farms

Apprenticeship learning & jobs in a neurodiverse community of individuals preparing for college, learning a trade, or seeking educational internships. Legacy Farms’ mission is to empower neurodiversity in the workplace through mentor/apprentice programs. We serve individuals 16 years and older who identify as neurodivergent. Our core clientele includes individuals with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, PTSD and anxiety--neurotypes that vary from perceived norms and affect an individual's ability to achieve independence in the current job market. Our vision is a world of confident and empowered neurodivergent individuals who contribute to thriving neurodiverse businesses. Our focus on neurodiversity empowerment advocates a societal shift towards workplaces in which neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals work side-by-side as equals, and each individual’s unique skills and talents contribute to the success.
