Safe Haven is dedicated to the welfare and protection of at risk animals and the elimination of pet overpopulation in Oklahoma. Safe Haven is committed to eliminating pet overpopulation, by means of providing Low Cost/FREE Spay and Neuter services to low-income families and FREE pet education services to the public. It is our belief that eliminating pet overpopulation in Oklahoma will contribute to the decline of animal abuse, neglect, and crimes against animals throughout our state.
