Since 1989, Ebony Ice Ski, Inc. has promoted winter and non-winter sports among minorities (African American and People of Color); developed educational programs among minority youth which stimulate and implement competitive and sportsman like attitudes and conduct; and provide scholarship opportunities for potential Olympic caliber member athletes.

Our organizations mission is to minimize all the barriers associated with accessing snow sports and creating a safe and welcoming space on the slopes. We are a branch of the National Brotherhood of Skiers NBS.
