🎟 This is your sign to grab tickets for EMC’s Spring Concert: Deeply Rooted! 📅 Pullo Center | June 8 Last night, our dancers ran “Above the Clouds” for the first time—and it was electric. ⚡️ After rehearsal, I sat them down and told them the legend behind this dance… ✨ A little EMC history: “Above the Clouds” debuted in the 90s when EMC was in Hampden, Baltimore City. It became a fan favorite—so much so, we performed it at community events and even made it our Spring Concert finale two years in a row. Eventually, we moved on to new finales… but this dance never faded. It became our encore. 🙌 💡 We trained our EMC families to cheer so loud after the bows that dancers “had no choice” 😂 but to come back and perform it again. And now—25 years later—our current dancers are reviving it as the grand finale of Act 3: We Are EMC. Watching them bring this classic to life? Absolute magic. 🌟 👉 P.S.
