The main goal of APLSA is to maintain the integrity, health, protection and standard of the Polish Lowland Sheepdog, “PON”. The Association shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part of any profits or remainder or residue from dues or donations to the Association shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual. The Association is organized exclusively for social, charitable and educational purposes as defined in Section 501(c)3 or the corresponding section of any federal tax code. Such purposes include engaging in any lawful act or activity to provide assistance to the improvement, health, shelter, safety, and protection of the PON, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)3.
