The Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund is launching a new educational series designed to help women and girls build self-esteem, strengthen their mental wellness, and reclaim confidence in how they see themselves and their bodies. This series is more than a program: it's a call to action to support mental health, reject harmful beauty standards, and prevent substance misuse through education, connection, and empowerment.
