Our Mission is to advance the residential rental community by providing advocacy, education & partnership. Affiliated with both the National Apartment Association and the South Carolina Apartment Association, we are a non-profit trade organization dedicated to quality housing, education, professionalism and excellence. THE PURPOSE 0F THE APARTMENT ASSOCIATION 0F GREATER COLUMBIA SHALL BE TO SERVE, PROMOTE, AND PROTECT THE INTEREST OF THE MULTI-FAMILY INDUSTRY THROUGH EDUCATION, LEGISLATION, COMMUNICATION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. IT IS THIS ASSOCIATION'S GOAL TO IMPROVE THE INDUSTRY BY UNITING PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WITH ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MEMBERS.
