We address the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs. 501(c)3 Non Profit providing Mentel Heath Services THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL, AND BEHAVIORAL DYSFUNCTION, WITH A BELIEF IN THE BEHAVIORAL MODEL. TO PROVIDE PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTIONS TO ADDRESS HEALTHY BEHAVIORS, MENTAL ILLNESS AND ITS EFFECT ON THE INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY. ALSO TO PROVIDE RESOURCES ON A REGULAR BASIS IN VARIOUS FORMS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY, WHICH: PROMOTE THE DIGNITY OF EVERY INDIVIDUAL, ENHANCE A PERSON'S INDIVIDUALITY, ENCOURAGE THE POTENTIAL FOR INDEPENDENCE AND AUTONOMY, DEVELOP PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY WITHIN AND DEVELOP POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE FAMILY AND THE COMMUNITY.
