What happens beyond the Gathering? Tribal Gathering brings people together from all over the world but that’s just the visible part of something much deeper. GeoParadise is a nonprofit organization working year-round with Indigenous communities in Panama and beyond. The Gathering is a celebration and a meeting place but it also serves as a platform for connection awareness and long-term collaboration. Throughout the year our small independent team supports Indigenous families in real practical ways. We provide shelter in Panama City for mothers children and individuals coming from remote regions when they need access to medical care. We organize their travel help them navigate hospitals and offer food accommodation and support during what are often stressful and vulnerable times. We also assist families in rebuilding or constructing homes when conditions are dire and support single mothers who are raising multiple children without steady income or basic resources. Our mission continues long after the tents come down and the music fades. Tribal Gathering is one expression of that mission but the heart of our work beats throughout the year alongside the communities we serve. The Khoe Khoe are returning to Tribal Gathering 2026 We are deeply honored to welcome the return of the Khoe Khoe people of South Africa to Tribal Gathering - one of the most ancient Indigenous lineages on Earth and guardians of sacred plant medicine, rock art, ceremony, and ancestral wisdom. As descendants of Africa’s oldest people, the Khoe Khoe carry within them powerful knowledge systems, stories of survival, and visions of cultural revival. From exploring sacred caves to preserving traditional plant medicine and ancestral languages, their presence reminds us of the importance of reconnecting to the roots of humanity. Their participation is a living call to honor Earth’s first peoples and support the reemergence of Indigenous leadership.
