Victim To Survivor is known as the Rape Crisis Center of Horry and Georgetown Counties, a private, non-profit organization providing services to survivors of rape and sexual assault that lay the foundation for healing. TO PROVIDE SEXUAL ASSAULT EDUCATION, INTERVENTION, AND ADVOCACY IN ORDER TO FOSTER A SAFE AND HEALTHY COMMUNITY THAT EMPOWERS SURVIVORS TO HEAL AND THRIVE.
