We are a 501C-3 non profit organization serving youth in the FV and surrounding areas. Founded on faith based principles, we focus on sports and community. The Strong Center is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that provides team, group, and individual skills training sessions for sports development. The Strong Center for Excellence is a non profit organization that provides team, group, and individual skills training and league play for basketball and football. We serve youth from ages 6-18 whose playing ability ranges from beginner, to those preparing for college recruitment. Our trainers are former professional and college athletes who share the belief that hard work, discipline, and a positive attitude are essential in helping people accomplish their goals. At The Strong Center, we seek to empower youth on and off the court and field to maximize their potential by developing and enhancing their athletic ability. The Strong Center also strives to be a partner in the local community by providing tutoring assistance, college and FAFSA application assistance, drop-out prevention, parent intervention strategies for behavioral issues, resume writing, and interviewing skills. The Strong Center is a full service organization grounded in service to the community and focused on training our young people to be successful and productive citizens, imparting the values of hard work, self-discipline, and being of service to others.We serve the Southern Wake and Harnett County area.
