THE CENTER STRIVES TO EMPOWER ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO BE INCLUDED AND VALUED AS MEMBERS OF A COMMUNITY. THE CENTER ACCOMPLISHES THIS THROUGH RESPECTING THE DIGNITY, IDEAS AND OPINIONS OF THOSE WE SERVE; UPHOLDING HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT AND MORAL CHARACTER; EMPOWERING THROUGH TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO MAKE DECISIONS AFFECTING SELF-WORTH; AND USING TEAMWORK TO ACHIEVE GOALS. THE CENTER'S ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO ASSIST THE INDIVIDUALS WE SERVE TO PROGRESS TOWARD MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE AND COMMUNITY INCLUSION.
