MSYSA is the primary advocate and highest authority for youth soccer in Maryland and D.C, and works THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO ADMINISTER YOUTH SOCCER THROUGHOUT THE STATE BY ENCOURAGING SPORTSMANSHIP AND FOSTERING KNOWLEDGE, RECOGNITION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME. MSYSA IS CONSTANTLY PROMOTING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PLAYERS TO DEVELOP, TRAIN AND COMPETE WHILE MAXIMIZING EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR COACHES. MSYSA IS AN ORGANIZATION THAT IS CURRENTLY EXEMPT UNDER SECIONG 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
