We Want Green Too
WE WANT GREEN TOO's community-driven program aims to decrease air pollution, unemployment, and improve public health by training, educating, and creating green job opportunities for Black residents, homeless residents, and Veterans with PTSD, who are impacted by environmental and social injustices in the under served communities on Detroit's East Side. By outreaching to Detroit's under served residents and equipping them with skills in solar installation and energy efficient retrofits, WE WANT GREEN TOO and partners are enabling these individuals to lead the community toward energy efficiency and improved public health.
