We are so sad that Hershey is STILL waiting for an adopter after his heartbreaking past 💔 Hershey is a sweet, calm, affectionate, quiet, gentle guy! This lovely cat was abandoned by his owner outside and left to fend for himself. A Good Samaritan started feeding him on her porch, but she already has 4 rescue cats of her own and could not keep him and got him to us at Fancy Cats. Hersey is a bit shy, but loves attention (he rolls over when you talk to him) and likes being cradled like a baby. How sweet is that! Get your camera phone ready. Hersey loves to play and has been playing well with the resident female cat in his foster home. Feather toys are fun but Hersey is a fiend for the motorized spinning toy. Hershey is not a fussy eater, is housebroken with tidy litter box manners, is good with other cats and kids, likes a scratching post and your attention. What’s not to like! 🚨 URGENT: FOSTER NEEDED FOR METRO – DEADLINE FRIDAY @ 7PM Meet Metro, a 1.5-year-old pup with a broken leg… and the brightest spirit. Despite everything he’s been through, he’s a complete delight—spunky, sweet, and still full of tail wags and hope. Metro is currently at the shelter and will be euthanized by Friday at 7PM if we can’t find a foster and pull him out. This cheerful, optimistic boy has so much life left to live.
