Shelter Dogs For Veterans, Inc.
Shelter Dogs For Veterans, Inc. is a 501C3 non profit organization. The organization provides our combat injured soldiers suffering from post traumatic syndrome and traumatic brain injuries with a new found freedom through a trained service dog. These dogs are rescued from a kill shelter and partnered with the veteran. We then work with the soldier and dog training the dog to the soldier's specific needs. Our program not only improves the lives of our soldiers but saves shelter dogs from euthanazia providing them with a forever home. It is a win win situation for both
