Always Lifting Spirits: The Jeff Weber Foundation Providing those suffering from ALS Lou Gehrigs disease with the tools that will improve the quality of life for them today. Always Lifting Spirits will strive to support and improve the quality of life for Greater Cincinnatians living with ALS. We will do so following the example and inspiration provided by Jeff Weber who lost his battle in August of 2013. Jeff howevernever lost his optimistic attitude or his desire to help others who were struck with this devastating illness.
