TO MINISTER TO THE URGENT NEEDS OF CITIZENS OF ORANGE COUNTY THROUGH THE VOLUNTEER EFFORTS OF DIVERSE CONGREGATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INSPIRED BY FAITH IN GOD, AND TO ENHANCE SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND AWARENESS OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES.
