The primary mission of Workforce Advocacy Center is to eliminate discrimination in education, employment, and housing against people with arrest and conviction records who have made the conscious decision to turn their lives in a positive, productive, pro-social direction and are actively trying to fully integrate into society. We work with individuals, advocates, and federal, state and local agencies to promote and defend the rights and interests of people who have paid their debts to society and are fully entitled to reintegrate as members of our community.
