HOPE FOR TOMORROW IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SUCH CHILDREN WITH THE SKILLS AND ABILITIES THAT THEY WILL NEED TO PROGRESS IN POST-HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION AND PARTICIPATE IN THE PITTSBURGH PROMISE.
