Providing Exceptional Services in Dane County Since 1995 Mobility Training Independent Living Program About MTILP Inc. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by providing the support and training necessary for each person to work and participate in the community and live as independently as possible. MTILP Inc. provides longterm support of daily living skills training vocational training and job placement for over 100 adults with disabilities in Dane County.
