The Resource Office for Social Ministries (ROSM) is a cooperative effort of Franklin County public service agencies, private agencies, churches, individuals, and city and county governments. ROSM’s mission is to meet the needs of individuals and families who are either homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless, or not able to provide the basic necessities of life for themselves or their families, such as rent, utilities or medicine. ROSM’s goal is to help these people maintain stable living conditions and provide referrals for other available assistance that will help them in their efforts to sustain themselves.
