A community of volunteers from businesses, churches, and individuals helping our under-served neighbors acquire safe, healthy housing and improve life skills. We are a community of volunteers who are seeking to meet the housing and lifeskill needs of underserv Our Mission: Seeking to be the hands and feet of Jesus, Hometown Missions brings the local community together to build and repair homes, and inspire hope. Our Vision: Every Dripping Springs neighbor has a safe and healthy place to live. Hometown Missions is a 501c3 non-profit, circa 2014; however, our all-volunteer work began in 2010 with the first home built to replace substandard housing for a local family. Two years ago (2021), the idea of Home in a Month was born. Hometown Missions launched a community-wide initiative to pre-build and then construct on-site a new home in one month for a Dripping Springs family in need of safe and healthy housing. We also help with life skills as long-term relationships are developed with these neighbors.
