SOUTHERN REGIONAL EDUCATION BOARD
The Southern Regional Education Board works with 16 member states to improve public education from pre-K through Ph.D. SREB works with states and schools to improve education at every level, from pre-K through Ph.D. The Board of Control for Southern Regional Education is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works to improve public education at every level. The organization maintains its focus on critical issues by aiding states, districts, institutions and agencies in developing continued efforts to advance education. We work with states to improve education. We provide policymakers reliable data to inform sound policies. We help states collaborate to share resources. And we serve educators with training that transforms teaching to prepare students for what comes next.
