The Music Education & Performing Artists Association (MEPAA) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the United States with the EIN 47-3395007. It was formally founded in 2015, building upon grassroots arts programs that began operating in the community as early as 2010. MEPAA's mission is to provide access to music education and the arts by removing barriers and identifying necessary resources for inclusion, exploration, and success.

Programs

• GRRRLZ Rock: A celebration that highlights the contributions of women in the arts. It hosts events like the GRRRLZ Rock Music & Arts Festival, which was initiated in 2006 and has since grown to become a significant part of MEPAA's annual activities.
• Kidz Rock: Drop-in workshops providing youth and families with opportunities to explore music through learning songs they love. This includes programs like Totz Rock, After School Jam, and Summer Rock Camps.
