Homeward Animal Shelter is a local and community-funded, non-profit animal shelter dedicated to rescuing and rehoming pound and owner-surrendered pets. RESCUE. SHELTER. PROTECT. REHOME. We rescue & rehome lost, abandoned, & owner-surrendered animals. Homeward Animal Shelter's mission statement is: Rescue. Shelter. Protect. Rehome.We serve the Fargo-Moorhead area, including all of Cass County in North Dakota and all of Clay County in Minnesota.

FOLLOW-UP FRIDAY: From feral to fabulous⦠Mildred (formerly Scapegoat) came to us in April 2023, scared and unsure of the world around her. But with a little patience, a lot of love, and the perfect family, she blossomed into the quirky, confident queen she was always meant to be. Her purr-fect forever family adopted her on May 4th, 2023⦠and the rest is history.
