Teamsters Local 696 A proud Teamster local located in in the capital city of Topeka Kansas representing UPS freight Public Service workers and many more trades throughout the northern half of Kansas. Union Pride in the Heartland Today our economy our employment our Government and yes even our Union is changing so fast that we must look to new ideas and new ways to accomplish the things needed to keep our membership thriving. This encourages the Union to do more things for members.
