Change 1 Change 1 Mind Change 1 Life Support Services for Youth as they age out of Foster Care. How Wex27re Helping Change 1 helps Youth and Young Adults ages 1526 realize their full potential. By bridging the gaps in the support they receive entering adulthood we empower their dreams of making meaningful contributions to their communities and having strong families of their own. Every time a foster child moves homes they fall 6 months behind academically with 50 never graduating high school.
