MDSCAA serves residents in Menominee, Delta and Schoolcraft counties in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. For the past 60 years, the CAA has adapted to meet seemingly endless challenges in an effort to negate the causes and symptoms of poverty. PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND MEANS TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH ADVOCACY EDUCATION, HOUSING, NUTRITION, VOLUNTEERISM, AND SUPPORT SERVICES; TO DESIGN AND CARRY OUT PROGRAMS TO OVERCOME CAUSES AND INSTANCES OF POVERTY; PRIMARILY SUPPORTED THROUGH FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT GRANTS.
