Services include debriefing, licensed counseling and psychiatry. Valeo is a faith-based organization dedicated to enabling global workers to thrive! We exclusively serve those sent cross-culturally by providing preventative and restorative care to strengthen their well-being in life and work. We develop emotional, relational, and spiritual health in our clients through debriefing, counseling, and psychiatric care. Our clients include individual global workers and families and their organizations. Delivery of services occur in person in our Columbia, SC office, and primarily online anywhere there is an internet connection overseas.

By definition you experience chronic and highlevel stress which typically leads to breakdown physically emotionally and relationally over time. Logistical Challenges You have to set up a home in a new location without knowing the basics learn a new language navigate a much different medical system figure out education for children adapt to new nutritional patterns discover new ways to shape your physical health navigate complex visa issues figure out your daytoday work situation keep your supporters informed establish new friendships and support systems still find the time and energy to love your spouse and children well and then manage some semblance of selfcare so you can sustain for the long haul.
