THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLIC, PROFESSIONALS AND AMATEURS, A COMMUNAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND OUTREACH RELATED EXPERIENCE BY WAY OF LEARNING AND PERFORMING ORCHESTRAL AND/OR CHORAL MUSIC FOR AN ENSEMBLE, CHAMBER OR SYMPHONIC VENUE; PRESENTING MUSICAL PERFORMANCES TO THE PUBLIC THAT ARE ENJOYABLE, UPLIFTING AND EDUCATIONAL; AND THROUGH THESE ACTIVITIES, ENRICHING THE LIVES OF PERSONS, ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG, BY FOSTERING IN THEM SELF-CONDFIDENCE, A SENSE OF TEAMWORK AND A QUEST FOR EXCELLENCE IN THE MUSICAL ARTS.
