The mission of this Corporation is to organize, finance, operate & promote festivities in conjunction with the annual observance of the Fourth of July (Independence Day), including a parade, fireworks, and such other ceremonies & activities as are undertaken to celebrate the observance in the City of Racine, Wisconsin.
