About Us | Cielo de Amor We are a 501c 3 nonprofit based in Eugene Oregon USA and provide services to people with disabilities in less economically resourced countries. We are passionate about building the capacity of the local people so that the projects can become selfsustainable for the longterm future. Our Mission To improve the quality of life for children and young adults with disabilities providing education physical therapy appropriate and durable wheelchairs vocational training and support and training for family members and staff.
