The Carroll County Child Advocacy Center exists to champion the needs of sexually, emotionally, and physically abused children through prevention, intervention, and collaboration. Carroll County CAC is the point of coordination for Carroll, Haralson and Heard counties' education, prevention, investigation, prosecution and treatment resources relating to child abuse cases.
