CLUB PROGRAMS AND SERVICES PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF BOYS AND GIRLS BY INSTILLING A SENSE OF COMPETENCE, USEFULNESS, BELONGING AND INFLUENCE.
