The Anam Cara Meditation Foundation's mission is to make the highest meditation practices and teachings freely available for all people. We offer free weekly meditation programs live via Zoom, online free meditation resources and a weekly e-newsletter to support people in their meditative practices. We are non-denominational and teach meditative practices from a variety of traditions. We also offer courses and retreats as well a specially designed programs for individuals or organizations looking to pursue the many benefits that meditation offers.

Meditation develops that new manner of thinking referred to by Einstein which many discover is also an eternal timeless mode of expanded awareness that frees you from stress and reactivity.
