OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO DEVELOP BOTH THE SKILLS AND CHARACTER OF OUR PLAYERS AS WE PREPARE THEM FOR THEIR FUTURE SUCCESS IN BASEBALL. IT IS OUR OBJECTIVE, AS AN ORGANIZATION, TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE THAT ALLOWS FOR AN ENJOYABLE, FUN, AND REWARDING EXPERIENCE FOR PLAYERS, PARENTS, AND COACHES. OUR GOAL IS TO DEVELOP A CHAMPIONSHIP CALIBER ORGANIZATION THAT UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF WINNING AS INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS AND AS A TEAM BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD.
